The following is the proposed schedule for ELD13.  The schedule is subject to change and sessions are being added as they are accepted.

Birds-of-a-Feather Sessions (A number of the tables during lunch will be “designated” topic tables, where the conversation could/should be focused on said topic (there will also be tables with no topics).  A table tent will appear on each table so those attending lunch can choose to sit at a Birds-of-a-Feather topic table to talk about the topic(s) of interest.)

Ignite! & Engage! – 2:30pm to 4:00pm

Ignite! Presentations will take place in University Hall 1070 followed by the Engage! Sessions and Dessert Reception in the University Hall Grand Concourse

Networking Cocktail Party – 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Special Guest of Honor – Dr. Christopher Hoadley, ELD13 Keynote Speaker

Open bar from 4pm to 5pm, complimentary non-alcoholic  beverages and hors d’oeuvres from 4pm to 6pm.
Hors d’oeuvres could include: chipotle maple bacon wrapped chicken, portobello mushroom purse bites, smoked salmon canapes, pork potstickers with garlic soy, traditional bruschetta, and a cheese & cracker station.
This event in NOT included in the Conference Only Registration.  To attend this function you must select the registration that indicates “with Cocktail Reception”

[…] The submission deadline for the Emerging Learning Design 2013 Conference is March 17, 2013. ( The VERY EARLY BIRD registration pricing is also set to expire on the 17th. ( Select proceeding from the conference will be published in the new Journal of Emerging Learning Design (ELDJ).  The paper for the proceeding is NOT due at the time of submission for this call.  Papers accepted into the proceedings would be due late summer/early fall 2013 and the proceedings issue of the ELDJ will be published in early 2014.
