Victoria Estrada has been contributing her writing, research, and editing skills to the NMC Horizon Project since 2012. Before that, she was learning from a team of stellar English language instructors at La Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica, where she worked for a year with a Fulbright grant.  Victoria recently earned a Certificate in Non-profit Leadership and Management from Austin Community College, where she became interested in models of asset-based community development and non-traditional organizational structures. She’s also interested in photography, families, flora & fauna, sustainability, good coffee, and good causes.
