Agile Course Design: Teaching & Learning with the OIRT Instructional Design Team

Sharla completed her doctorate in media studies. She joined OIRT in 2014 as a Senior Instructional Designer, bringing many years of experience working with learners in a variety of settings both on campus and online. While working at The Cooper Union in Manhattan (201114), she demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching and a commitment to continuous innovation in pedagogy and course delivery methods. As part of the OIRT instructional design team at Rutgers, Sharla does online course development as well as training and support for instructional technologies.
