As an experienced project manager, Charlie leads Rutgers OIRT instructional design team in its efforts to provide both technological and pedagogical assistance to all facets of teaching and learning at the university. Charlie’s experience includes leading training programs, e-learning, webinars, face-to-face, collaborative learning, and one-to-one support.
