Formerly a K-6 technology teacher, Lisa Thumann works with innovative learning technologies at the School for Global Education & Innovation at Kean University. Previously, Lisa was the Senior Specialist in Technology Education for Rutgers University’s Center for Mathematics, Science and Computer Education where she worked on helping educators effectively integrate technology. Lisa focuses on her 21st Century Learning Initiative, developing personal learning communities and implementing Google Apps. She has been the Keynote presenter for the NJEA Technology Institutes, the NJETI 2010 Annual Conference and the 2010 NYAIS Education and Information Technology Conference.
