Following the Post Social, a special sit-down dinner will take place.  Our special guests include Keynote Speaker Dr. Joshua Danish, 2012  Conference Chair AJ Kelton, 2013 Co-Chair Shelley Kurland, as well as the following guests.

Dinner will take place on the 7th floor of University Hall where our tables will be set overlooking the panoramic views of the university with the Manhattan skyline in the not-too-distance background.

There will be an open bar from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, which will include all call brands, beer, wine, soft drinks and juices. From 5:30pm to 6:30pm the alcoholic beverages will convert to a cash bar, however, soft drinks and juices will continue to be included.

Dinner will begin at 5pm with a strawberry spinach salad topped with a white balsamic dressing. Dinner rolls will be served at the table and oven roasted potatoes and green beans with herb butter will be served with each meal.

The salad will be followed by your entree, which your choice of:

  • Rosemary & Thyme Crusted Filet – Oven roasted beef filet with cabernet demi glace
  • Roasted Chicken Florentine – Crispy sauteed breast of chicken with a creamy spinach mixture and mozzarella
  • Portobello Mushroom Napoleon – Portobello mushroom layered with zucchini, spinach, roasted red and yellow peppers, polenta and mozzarella on roasted tomato coulis

To close out our evening we’ll enjoy a dessert table, which will include an assorted sampling of designer key lime pie, decadent chocolate cake, cheesecake, as well as fresh brewed coffee, tea, and decaf.
